The role

As our IT Support Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things IT within our organisation. The role revolves around providing top-notch first-line IT support, managing our cutting-edge IT equipment, and ensuring seamless operation of our IT systems. You’ll collaborate with external IT service providers to ensure the swift resolution of all issues, recommend system improvements, and provide invaluable support to our staff. From troubleshooting tech issues to training new starters and colleagues on the latest software, you’ll be at the heart of our IT operations, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be a confident and tech savvy person who’s ready to dive into exciting projects, support office events, and be the hero who keeps our digital world spinning smoothly.

Qualifications

You should apply if….

  • A strong understanding of IT systems and equipment.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in IT support and coordination.
  • Full understanding of Microsoft 365, specifically administrative systems.
  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance and IT security with valuation.
  • Ability to recommend and implement IT improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in delivering IT training and inductions.
  • Experience with IT project management and third-party coordination1.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.

Confident people person who’s comfortable communicating with all levels of seniority.
