Executive Assistant

The role

We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner closely with our two Co-CEOs and play a pivotal role in ensuring the agency runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our values.

This is a senior, high-impact role where you will act as a true extension of the Co-CEOs — managing priorities, coordinating across teams, and enabling the leadership team to operate at their best.

You’ll provide high-level executive support, acting as a trusted partner and central point of coordination. No two days will be the same — you’ll be at the heart of the agency, keeping everything aligned, on track, and moving seamlessly.

 

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

  • Provide proactive, tailored support to two Co‑CEOs with differing needs and working styles
  • Manage complex diaries, inboxes, communication flows and priorities
  • Prepare briefing packs, presentations and meeting papers, ensuring follow‑up actions are executed
  • Act as a trusted adviser and connector for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support board and executive governance processes to ensure clarity and accountability

Business Support & Operations Leadership

  • Lead the Business Support function and set high standards for service excellence
  • Line-manage Front of House, ensuring a polished, on‑brand experience
  • Oversee office facilities and supplier contracts
  • Contribute to operations planning, business rhythm and continuous improvement

Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support the coordination of cross-organisational projects aligned to agency priorities, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered on time
  • Assist with culture, engagement and internal communications initiatives, helping to organise activities and maintain clear communication across teams
  • Provide support to the ongoing development and delivery of DE&I programmes, coordinating logistics and supporting implementation.

Culture, Communication & Engagement

  • Be a cultural ambassador for Tangerine’s employee‑owned ethos
  • Cascade leadership messages and ensure alignment across teams
  • Help shape a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace environment
