Operations and Workflow Assistant
We’re looking for a highly organised Operations and workflow Assistant to join our Operations team.
You’ll help keep our systems up to date, support the creation of reporting templates, and play a key part in making sure our agency’s data and processes run smoothly.
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining information in Synergist and other agency systems, ensuring accuracy.
- Helping to build and update Excel templates for simple reporting tasks.
- Supporting the team with basic reporting on jobs, KPIs, and workflow progress.
- Assisting with timesheet collection and routine admin tasks.
- Working with team members to keep dashboards and workflow trackers up to date.
- Looking for ways to make reporting and workflow steps quicker and easier.
- Learning about and supporting the use of AI tools in everyday tasks, such as reporting and admin.
- Being a positive team player, ready to help colleagues during busy times.

- Basic Excel skills (comfortable with simple formulas and organizing data).
- An interest in how things work and a willingness to learn about production workflows in a PR/social media agency.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- The ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- A desire to learn and develop new skills in operations and workflow support.
- Curiosity about how technology and AI can make work easier.
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Any experience with data systems like Synergist, or similar tools.
- Exposure to agency environments, admin, or support roles
