As an employee owned business. we recognise people are our power, which is why we’re dedicated to providing new and equitable pathways into the industry.  In 2013 we set up The Juice Academy, the UK’s first social media apprenticeship scheme, which has now created over 700 jobs for young people entering the industry. Now excelling in their careers, a few of these apprentices have just reached their ten year milestone with Tangerine. We think that’s pretty awesome.
